1. Service-Based Projects (SEO, Content Writing, App & Software Development)
- Refunds are applicable only if the project has not yet been started.
- Once research, content drafting, or development work has begun, partial refunds may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.
- If a client cancels a project after approval of initial drafts or milestones, the payment made for completed stages will not be refunded.
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables (as stated in your proposal or invoice), you may request a full or partial refund within 7 days of delivery.
2. Digital Products (e.g., Software, APKs, Templates)
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link or product access is delivered.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of technical issues that prevent usage and cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 working days.
3. Hardware & Devices
- Refunds or exchanges for physical items are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Subscription & Maintenance Services
- For recurring plans (e.g., monthly SEO or maintenance services), you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Payments for completed or ongoing billing cycles are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., USDT, bank transfer, PayPal).
- Transaction or blockchain fees are non-refundable.
